9 October 2018 | In coordination with the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan, the HCP organized a three day training program on the prefeasibility study of PPP projects. The training program, offered by KPMG, targeted key ministries and public institutions as potential initiators of PPP projects, which entails preparing a prefeasibility study as part of the project proposal. Following a review of the worldwide PPP experience, including sectoral trends and characteristics, the training covered major aspects of pre-feasibility studies for PPP projects and their advantages. The training featured an interactive approach where the participants were engaged in the preparation of pre-feasibility studies for three sector, namely health, wastewater and transport.
